Today I started drafting my web essay using my experience with Inklewriter and the answers to the Writer/Designer Analysis questions. I created three pages under the Interrogate an Interface page: Overview, Affordances, and Constraints.

Why I did it:

I wanted to have a draft prepared for Friday’s class, and I though drafting the web essay would help me draft my presentation. I created three pages to fill in with text and images for the web essay; I might add a conclusion page for my recommendation. I need to add more screenshots as well, so those are my next goals.

Today I created an account on Inklewriter and explore the many tutorials they have available to new users on the site. I also started working on the Writer/Designer Analysis Questions sheet that will ultimately help me form a presentation.

Progress on the Writer/Designer questions!

Why I did it:

I decided to make an account because I wanted to explore every part of the site, and I didn’t know if I could do that without an account. I followed the tutorials because I wanted to be sure not to miss anything, especially since the site is a little complicated! And I went ahead and started working on the questions just to get a head start on my schedule.
