What I Did

Today, we set up our blog for the Spring 2015 Writing and Digital Media class. I have had a WordPress account before, so I was relatively familiar with the process. I chose the “Sorbet” theme for my blog for this class. I also uploaded a picture of myself for my avatar.

Why I Did It 

I chose to name my blog “Tech-nically Tiffany” because it is something that is easy to remember, and it makes it known that I am a current college student. I used a play on words since I go to Virginia Tech to create some interest. I also included a picture of myself because when I read blogs, I always like to envision the person who is writing. The “Sorbet” theme was perfect because it is so colorful and simple. I love bright colors, and this theme allowed me to have bright, colorful buttons that attract attention.
