What I Did:

As I said in my previous blog post, I wanted to further customize my blog. I changed my theme to something with more color that seemed more creative, and added three widgets. I added an ‘About Me’ page, where I gave readers a brief overview of who I am and some of the things I’m interested in. I also added a ‘Calender’ and ‘Archive’ widget so my blog would be easy to navigate.

 

Why I Did It:

I wanted my readers to find my blog visually pleasing, and I felt as though the color in the theme helped draw people in. I also added those widgets to add more depth to my blog and further the uniqueness of it. I think adding the widgets makes my blog seem more professional as well.
