What I Did

Today in class, I created an About Me page that is separate from the page where my blog posts are. This page is the same statement I used for my Online Identity assignment. The statement explains who I am and what my identity is online and offline. I might even add more to the description at a later time.

Why I Did It

I thought it would be a good idea to give my blog readers (though there are few) some insight into who I am, rather than them just reading my blog posts. I know that when I follow a blog I like to know the writer’s story or at least have some kind of knowledge about who they are or their personality. I believe that the Online Identity assignment that we completed gives pretty good insight into who I am and what I value, giving particular insight into my online/social media presence and involvement.
