What I Did
Today I finalized the layout of my webpage. I focused on the viewer and the usability of the website. I mainly worked on setting up my menu so that it was easily navigated. I changed the name of my pages from “p2, p3….” to the name of the project. I also created a site information page today which lays out the choices I made for the website and why I made specific choices.
Why I Did It
I changed the names of some menu pages because any given web browser who stumbles upon my page won’t know what project 2, project 3, etc is. While my teacher will know, even other classmates might not remember which project came when. By adding the actual name of the project, my posts within that category will make more sense to a reader. In short, the ambiguity of post content related to category name is lessened.
