2/27/15- Fetchnotes

I was able to get my first choice of an interface for project 3, Fetchnotes. I chose Fetchnotes because I have actually been looking for something like this to use. I have a lot going on this semester and it’s important that I stay organized, but I can’t seem to find a way to get everything in one place. I have notes and dates written on my laptop, phone, an agenda, a larger calendar, and several pads of post-it notes to-do lists. My first goal is to just get everything written down somewhere, or several places so that I can’t forget it, but now I’ve realized I really need to find some place to not only keep everything, but also to organize it. Another reason I liked Fetchnotes was because I could use it on all of my electronics. I got a Samsung tablet this semester (which I guess makes it an android?) and I have an iPhone and Macbook, so they don’t all sync with each other or get some of the same apps. Fetchnotes is available to both apple users and android users, so I thought that was a good start to at least be able to view the sameĀ app on all of my electronics. The rest of the details on the Fetchnotes homepage make it seem pretty straightforward and easy to use, with all the features I would like, such as grouping similar notes, searching/filtering notes, and easy collaborating.
