For project three, Interrogate the Interface, I chose to analyze a site called “Heganoo.” I had never heard of the site before, and admittedly just kind of clicked on it last class because I thought it had a fun-sounding name. After exploring the site for a few minutes, I thought it was a really interesting tool that could help me, as a journalist major, create really cool, interactive stories. There were a lot of really neat sites on the list for us to choose from, but I felt like this was one that I could learn a lot about in this class and later apply to some of my other journalism classes and possibly in my future career. I’m really excited about being able to experiment with this site over the next few days and then share what I learn with my classmates.
