Analyzing Interrogate the Interface projects

Today we looked at different examples of Interrogate the Interface projects. I think the most important strategy that I learned was to have someone else use my site and go through my project before I turn in the final product. Using some of the example sites was confusing and took my attention away from the project itself. In some cases, the organization of the site hindered my ability to learn about the interface the author was analyzing. I also learned that I need to be able to balance text and images so that the user isn’t overwhelmed or bored by too much text. Details are good, but too much detail can be counterproductive.
