What I did: First, I went  http://www.popplet.com/. Then I clicked the “Try it out tab” and followed along with the site demo. Immediately after, I clicked the “Sign up” tab and created my account. Then I logged into my account and created my very first Popplet board; I named it “Practice Board.” I spent the remainder of my time playing around with the site’s different functions (color, size, text, and images).

 

Why I did it: I did the demo because I had never used Popplet before. By following it, I would be able to get a basic understanding of the site. Afterwards, I created my own account so that I could make my own board. Then I created my first board and played around with the site’s various features (color, size, text, images) to attain a greater understanding of the site.
