The tool I am most likely to use is definitely VideoNot.es!  While all of the presentations were really well done, I believe this is the one that is best suited for me. Being a Communications major I use a lot of videos and such in my schoolwork and can easily see the benefits of this site.

Trying to split-screen your laptop while taking notes is really difficult and usually problematic because to get your notes screen AND the video screen the size you want is a nightmare.
