What I Did: I spent the entire class period working on my storyboard. My process was fairly simpleāI created a box, drew an image for each, wrote the action above, and any dialog below. Then I highlighted the actions of each scene in yellow. Once I finished, I wrote down some of my other thoughts and ideas (Ex: making her room and clothing modern).
Why I Did it: I made a storyboard to visually outline my text. That way, I have a better sense of what I am doing. I created the boxes with text to make the board as simple and organized as possible. I highlighted the text to make each action stand out. Then I included other thoughts and ideas so I would have future mental notes; that way, I’ll actually remember the ideas.
