What I Did

Since my last post, I have curated most of the content and research I need from the web. I have watched parody videos about the Hokey Pokey and researched a few websites. I also found a picture that I will cut up and use to create the main elements of my infographic.

Why I Did It

I needed some more research about different points of views of the Hokey Pokey to help stretch my imagination as to why the song isn’t what its all about. Since I am doing this in a “doctor-ish” type infographic designed to look serious but come off with humor, I needed to make sure I had all elements of the song down including origin, views from a child’s perspective, etc.

Documentation Plan

I plan to cite my sources on the bottom of the infographic itsself. This will be done for the main texts and ideas that I use. I will also use in-text citations for any information stemming off of each individual part of the dance that I create (if necessary).
