tonight i finished my presentation, which you can find below! i had much more time to work on this presentation than i did for the interrogate the interface one. without the pressure of time, i got to have fun designing the presentation! i created it through prezi, which allowed me to have a beautiful and professional looking finished project. i read through pages 132-135 of writer designer and found the subjects i strongly wanted to highlight to make my slide titles. i then tried my hardest to follow the 1:1:5 rule, keeping it clean and simple. i then chose my pictures carefully, making them all match up in design–they’re all transparent! i even tried to make the characters match up with the slide topics: an odd catepillar creature for “reality and imagination;” amethyst for Model Choices, because she’s quite a characters–expressive, tough, lively; garnet for Design Choices, because she’s calm, cool, and all around put together–literally a perfect love fusion between two other gems; pearl for rhetorical choices because she’s very particular and extremely smart, able to talk endlessly about random topics; and steven for Challenges & Successes, because the entire show is about his life and those exact things–training to become a Crystal Gem and successfully protect the earth.

overall, i loved making this presentation! i can’t wait for the final version of my story to be finished.
