LDRS 1016

This class was called the Nature of Leadership. It was a non-linear based class in which the students took control of what we learned and how we learned it. Most of the class was spent outside and taking in the different patterns of how nature worked and the hierarchy of animals. We spent our time trying to take the philosophies we learned in the our intro level leadership course, as well as the observations we took from the natural world, and turned it into a final project of leading a large group of young children on a nature hike. Through this hike we were to help lead the children to the right spots on our map as well as provide them with a support system in situations that may have made them slightly uncomfortable.

(No tangible work was performed in this class. The semester was a living-learning experience.)
