What I did: Today’s post is about details. I categorized all of my posts and created categories for future projects. I also edited my About page to include more about my identity and my personality. Now that I’m comfortable with the layout of my blog, I’m going over everything that I’ve done so far and editing the small details to make sure it reflects my identity. I explored other widgets, but I decided to keep my blog clutter free, with only links to a follow button and my About page in my menu.
Why I did it: This is my blog, 100%. I want it to reflect the most important parts of my identity. Details are important, and organization helps me keep track of every post that I make. The categories are simple, named after the projects I will be completing in this course. My About page has been edited at least five different times, with each edit including more personal facts about my life and my interests. Each edit is a step closer to genuinely portraying me.
